Terms and Conditions of Membership
- Terms of Membership: You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join my website. By purchasing a Membership to Rosalind Woods Members Site (www.rosalindwoodsonline.com) you become a Subscriber (herein after referred to as “Member”) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Rosalind Woods. It is the responsibility of each Member to refer to this page for additions and/or changes to the terms and conditions.
- Fixed-Term Membership: If you have subscribed to a 30-day or 90-day non-renewal membership, your membership will commence from the day your email notification is sent to you, and will cease on the 31st, or 91st day after. It is the responsibility of the Member to provide payment information if he/she wishes to renew the membership at the end of this period
- Automatic Renewal Membership: If you have chosen this option, please remember that you have subscribed to a monthly service, and you will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. In order to discontinue service you must email ros@rosalindwoodsonline.com to remove yourself from the automatic billing system. The monthly membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next payment due date.
- Credit/Debit Card Expiry: Members are responsible for providing Rosalind Woods with notification of new Credit/Debit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service.
- Contact Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate name, address and email contact information. Rosalind Woods will send confirmation of Membership renewal, and password/login details, by email, and full address details are required for Credit Card verification.
- Refusal of Service: Rosalind Woods reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual and has the right to cancel a membership at any time. Notification will be sent to the individual by email. Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Sharing of Information: Rosalind Woods will not disclose Member’s information to third parties. Data collected by this site is used only to a)Take and fulfil Member orders and enquiries; b) Administer and enhance the site and service; c) Keep Members informed of changes and new listings.
